My path into design wasn't the traditional one. I studied sociology and spent years doing research, trying to understand why people behave the way they do, how systems shape choices, and where things break down. Design was a natural next step.

My academic background in human behavior isn't just theory, it's the core of how I approach design problems. How people navigate digital spaces, what helps or gets in the way, that's what I think about.
